yogi BWhat is Yoga?
Yoga is a tradition and a science with roots in ancient India that has evolved over centuries to embrace the wisdom of many places and times. Although it seems something different to each person, it is rooted in oneness or returning to the Source. Throughout history, it has been slit into various "schools" focusing on different aspects of yoga. Each branch is of the same tree, the tree of self. Yoga means union.

What is Kundalini Yoga?
Kundalini yoga uses breath, yogic postures, and meditation to help maintain a healthy spine helping to strengthen the nerves and the glandular systems. Each class can help one become aware of much more that just the strength of the body. It helps facilitate a change physically, as well as emotionally and spiritually.
Kundalini yoga is for the body, mind, and spirit.

Sat Nam Rasayan?
SNR is an ancient yogic healing art based on a specific meditative state of consciousness. This transcendent state produces a subtle healing by relaxing people at such a deep level that blocks of resistance to life dissolves. Self limiting concepts and attitudes start to drop away.

Patricia Nolin is a yoga teacher, massage therapist, and writer.

She developed her yoga practice through the rigorous teacher training in New Mexico with the kundalini yoga master himself, Yoga Bhajan, who came to us from India in1969, to teach people a healthier way of living. His organization is 3HO, which stands for Healthy, Happy, and Holy.
There are currently kundalini yoga centers in 34 countries.The "Mother Ashram is located in Espanola, New Mexico, and remains the original Kundalini Yoga Center.
Patricia is a certified kundalini teacher through IKYTA, International Kundalini Yoga Teachers Association.
In 2006 Patricia completed The Mind and Meditation course that studies how the brain reacts to yoga, mantra, and meditation.

Patricia graduated from The Minneapolis School of Massage Therapy and has been practicing since 1983.In 1989 she graduated as a Doula/Childbirth Assistant in San Jose,California.She works with pregnant women by using massage and yogic breathing and has assisted in more than 200 births
She currently works at SMDC as well as her own private clients.

In 1998 she studied Sat Nam Rasayan with Har Gopal in Los Angeles. She incorporates this healing system into her bodywork and does SNR Sessions.

Patricia studied writing at UNLV, Las Vegas, Nevada. She is currently working on a book sharing stories of her 26 years of massagelinks therapy.
